Looking ahead to Summer Sunday School

null

June 17th - Aug. 19th @ 9:45 a.m. -- Age 4 through 6th grade

The children's ministry team has decided to bring all of the children together this summer and hold Sunday School in the Fellowship Hall. Our theme is Fruits of the Spirit.

We will have a variety of activities for the children to do each Sunday.  There will be a bible lesson along with an object lesson, music, craft, etc..

Together we can create a fun learning experience for our children this summer.  I hope you will prayerfully consider helping "plant seeds" for good fruit in our HUMC kids!

Turn Your Reluctance into Boldness

A six week study Moses: In the Footsteps of the Reluctant Prophet.

It’s also important to keep your brain in gear. Don’t worry! You can enjoy your summer and still set aside some time for learning.  This Adam Hamilton study explores the sites of Moses; life, from the Nile River to the Reed Sea, from Mt. Sinai to the desert wilderness.  Using historian information, archeological data and biblical text.   Hamilton guides us in the footsteps of this reluctant prophet who blazed a trail of faith.  Encouraging us to reflect on our own acts of resistance and opening our hearts as to what God might be calling us to do.
