SUMMARY:Back Pack Blessing
DESCRIPTION:Everyone’s invited to join us for the Blessing of the Back Packs\n\nI know this is going to be one exceptionally trying school years for you and your families as we continue to struggle dealing with the virus. It seems that everything is in constant change and flux. Hang in there\, and know that we are praying for you and will continue to support you in any way we can.\nThis year we are planning a special back to school Blessing of the BackPacks on August 16. We recognize that going back to school is going to be a lot different and very on comfortable this year. We are going to do two things this year\,  a blessing of the backpacks during the August 16th service\, and a “Drive-Thru Blessing” that afternoon at 4 pm- 5 pm at the church.\n\nAs for the morning service\, we would like for you to send us a photo of your child holding their back pack and we are going to make a video collage to show during the service. Please send your picture to Sarah Barclay by August 12 to sarah.podd@gmail.com\n\nAs for the afternoon event\, the pastors will be at the church in the parking lot to deliver a blessing on you and your children as you remain in your car. It will be a drive thru\, one family at a time. Each child will receive an item that will help them to remember that God is always with them\, even in times of change and uncertainty.\nIf you have any questions\, please feel free to contact Richard.\nBlessings\, Richard
