DESCRIPTION:Fighting Hunger Locally and World Wide Event\nat Harrisburg United Methodist Church\n May 6th\nTwo events same day\, same place Help us Stop Hunger both Locally and World Wide \n1.  Supporting Harrisburg Crisis Assistance Food Pantry\nHELP FILL THE SHELVES\n10 am – 1 p.m. In the HUMC Grove\nBring a Non-perishable Food Items\nFree Hot dogs\, Bounce House\, Games and Music \nLet us join as a community to support and to help our neighbors in need \n2.  Rise Against Hunger Meal Packing event\n10 am – 12 am. in the church Fellowship Hall. \nYou may sign up to pack meals here! \nRise Against Hunger is an organization that provides meals to those experiencing food insecurity all over the world as well as those affected by crisis and natural disasters. We will be working together to pack 15\,000 meals and there is a job for everyone\, whether you’re age 3 or 103! Please use the link below to sign up to help us. Our goal is 60 volunteers so please share this information with friends and family as well. We will need some strong volunteers to help with set up at 8:30am\, as there are 50+ lb bags of rice and soy that need to be unloaded from the truck.
